Last month I had to go on a business trip to Israel. On my way back I had an 8hr layover at JFK and jumped a taxi into the city.

Israel was a pretty cool place to visit. Chicks are fine, and out number the guys by like 3 to 1. The hotel I stayed in was right on the beach and the Mediterranean Sea was beautiful. One day I got to go on a tour around the Sea of Galilee and some other Holy places. Other than being there on a business trip it was a pretty cool place to go.

So I only got to spend about 4hrs in NYC but it was awesome to see. I walked around Time Square most of that time, then made my way to 5th Ave. Found lots of cool places that I have only heard about on TV. I can’t wait to go back sometime and spend more time.

I listen to music a lot at work. I have an extra long 3.5mm extension cable, this lets me work on both my computer while still listening to music. I can’t have my iPod, so I got a mp3 CD player. I also have rechargeable batteries for it. So basically my cubicle is all setup for nonstop listening to music. But recently I have noticed that my iPod earbuds have been starting to hurt my ears. Anyways I would like to know your opinion on some new headphones. Do you like Over the Ear or On the Ear, and which headphones would you recommend for <$50.

There goes another semester. Its lost to the times, although I believe some of that time will have to be repeated. I really need to stop doing that. I hate living at home, and I really think that is one of my biggest problems. When I get home and try to work on something, I always get interrupted. Its just not a good environment for me to learn. I don’t know maybe this summer I can try to make a change. Maybe with the new job, I can afford leave and live on my own, in town somewhere. That would be great. But there is always that problem with my parents, and how they don’t what to let me go. I can just see it now “you can move out, you cant afford it, you won’t go back to school” I went through this at the end of last semester. Then I just fell back into the same old life. I can’t stand it anymore.

So I’m at work. Yep here at work, reading over some paperwork. There is going to be a lot of reading in this job. Everything has to be documented, and signed and looked at and stamped in blood…lol..OK that last one was a little over the top. But really lots of reading and stuff. I saw Lauren today, and it was OK, we talked for a second, then off I went. It was a little weird, but after I left, I was OK. You know breaking up and getting a new job, all in a couple of days, was really a good way to start over. Going to work kept my mind off her yesterday, and I actually got a full night sleep. Breaking up is hard to do, but whats even harder is loosing the friendship that we had. I hope we can still keep that. Maybe in time. Mean while I’m trying to move on, I’m looking for myspace to help with that, yes i hate it, but all the girls don’t…lol…so until next time keep on keepin’ on!

Well lets see where to start, yesterday was my last day at Ameri-tel, and my last day with Lauren. What a way to end a week, quite and break up. The quiting was not the bad, it actually went over well, and today I start my new job, I am now a software engineer. What was hard was the breaking up. After over a year together it’s hard. I don’t want to be alone, but I know its better for both of us. Now she can be the sorority girl she longs to be. I think thats the main problem she found out that she was not the person she thought she was. She wants to party, and hang out till all hours of the night. As for me, I’m not like that, I can party, I can stay out late, but its not me. I just hope she stays safe, and if we are meant to be together than things will fall in place that way. Right now we are taking time, we’re not forgetting about what we had, how could we? We are just taking some time. Time and space…….

So today I reveived another call from a company that I had an interview with last week. I don’t think I should say the name of the company. Lets just say that this is not a job but a career. It will be a good job money wise and learning wise. That is what I’m looking for, a job that I actually learn something. I know it may sound weird, but don’t you just feel like your not doing anything with you life if you don’t learn something. I’m hoping that interview #2 will be the start of a good job.
