Kick Ass

A couple weeks ago I was finally able to see this movie. I had seen the previews and heard all the good reviews, so I was very much looking forward to seeing it. I’m glad I didn’t wait until the DVD for this one.
The movie starts out as a very geeky comedy. Boy likes comic books a lot and wants to be a super hero. Then it turned violent. Boy tries to become a super hero and fails. After this, the movie kind of turns into a dark comedy. You start laughing at people getting shot, and how ridiculous some parts of the movie are. By the end you are laughing your ass off at a dude getting his head blown off by a shot gun. If you think this is a geeky comedy, then hold on to your seats because it turns dark quickly.
