Star Trek

Its been a few weeks since I watched this movie. I have been lazy with updating, though I have been working on other little things. I went to see this movie with a few friends at the Monaco and had a great time. I feel I first must admit I know nothing about Star Trek, so to me this movie was just a fun Sci-Fi movie. I didn’t need to see any other Star Trek movies to enjoy this one. I probably missed a few jokes, but it couldn’t have been anything to bad. It also seems that this movie was a setup to more movies, and since I enjoyed this one, I will probably see the rest.
Scotty was just awesome! The man new his shit, and Simon Pegg played it awesome. I didn’t expect to like Zachary Quinto because I couldn’t picture him playing anything besides Syler from Heros, but yet again i was surprised by the acting. I don’t think there was any bad acting in the entire movie.
Another thing I liked was the “classic” car in the beginning. I liked how it was a classic car to us, and still considered classic to them. They don’t look at the our new Camaro’s as classic. I did enjoy this movie, but remember this is coming from someone who knows nothing about Star Trek.
