4 Christmases – 1 Star

I went to see this disaster as the first part of a drive-in double feature. This has got to be one of the worst films of 2008. The film has absolutely nothing to do with Christmas. Let me explain, the premise of the movie was that dude and chick were skipping out on their families to go on vacation for the holidays. As it turns out the plane is canceled for some reason I don’t care, and they end up being interviewed by the news, which of course their families see. So now they have to go see their families.
Here’s the deal, the premise could have changed to, dude and chick are getting married, but in a different country so lets explain that to the family. Really the premise didn’t matter. This movie was just made to show off all 4 families and their craziness. That’s it! The love story was crap, each Christmas was crap, the only good parts were the fact that Vince Vaughn did have a couple monologues. Other than that, pure crap!!
I’ll give it 1 star for Vince Vaughn’s monologues, but that’s it, don’t waste your time or money on this crap.
