P.S. I Love You
by Nathan on Jan.22, 2008, under Uncategorized
First let me just defend myself my saying I didn’t want to see the movie, and also it was free, although I should have been paid to watch it. Can we say girly movie! Yes what a chick flick. I have never seen a movie that was so sappy, sad, and a little creepy. The movie starts with this couple fighting over the woman being crazy. OK really from a mans point of view, I really had no idea what they were fighting about. All I got out of the whole beginning was the fact the dude was going to get laid, but he said something about the chicks daddy, and Bam! no sex for him. Anyways so the dude dies somehow and they have a funeral where people get drunk. After that the woman breaks down and kind of goes crazy for a few week. On her birthday her dead husband sends her a birthday cake. Yep, creepy! Anyways this cake has a letter which states more letter would be on the way, and so the movie go. Then when you think the movie is over, oh no its not even close to being done, you have another half hour. Needless to say I didn’t care for the movie all the much. But hey it would be a great date movie.

CloverField
by Nathan on Jan.22, 2008, under Uncategorized
I went to see Cloverfield opening night. What a movie. Its shot like The Blair Witch Project, but way more awesome. Because the movie was shot from a point of view of the camera man, you really don’t get any information on the monster. But I think that is what make the move so great. The lack in information. It makes you feel like you are there with the charters running from something and trying to survive. There are a lot of speculations about the monster, but no one know for sure what it is. I hope they make a sequel. I think it might be cool to see the night unfold again but instead of a normal persons view, have it be from the Amy’s view. We could learn lots of information about the monster that way, but still have it relatively secret. Anyway it was a great movie one to see more than once thats four sure.

No Doritos – Day 18
by Nathan on Jan.22, 2008, under Uncategorized
For a New Years resolution I decided to stop eating Doritos. Most of the time after eating Doritos my stomach gets sick. I know probably more information than you needed but hey I need to make my point, or else it would sound like I’ve been secretly addicted to Doritos and I’m taking pictures of the chips I crave so badly. See thats not it at all, I just have stopped eating Doritos because they make me sick. So this picture was taken at a Sub Way where I could have eaten the chips, but instead took a picture of the food I have craved for so long. I don’t think I can keep this up for ever, today day 22 I don’t see an end in sight. I’ll keep you updated when I run into the food I no longer eat. Till then I hope your New Years Resolutions have gone as well as mine.
Three Movies One Night
by Nathan on Jan.17, 2008, under Uncategorized
The other night Kerri called me and wanted to go out. We did what we normally do Dinner and a Movie. Being the person she is she insisted on seeing “In the Name of the King” even though I didn’t want to see it. The movie was worse the terrible. It was so bad people got up and walked out, even the retarded guy behind us thought it was bad. So because Kerri can’t choose a good movie I made the decision to go see another one. Turned out “Sweeney Todd” was playing at 10pm and “The Bucket List” at 12am. Off we went to see Sweeney Todd. The movie is a musical. Now don’t get me wrong it was a good musical but still a throat slashing, cannibalistic musical none the less. The Bucket List was an alright movie, but I really expected more bucket list action. The movie was more about the two guys going through cancer.
All in all we had a great time at the movies. But next time we do three movies in one night, we are taking alcohol with use.

Its CES week.
by Nathan on Jan.08, 2008, under Uncategorized
So CES (consumer electronic show) is going on this week in Las Vegas. Of course I’m not there but since I read a lot of tech news I feel like I am. Here are just some either cool or simple stupid things going on at CES this year.
- Don’t we all need MP3′s in or tasers?
- Ultra short throw projector.
- TV vs. iPhone
- WiFi detecting Laptop Bag.
- Tron Lamp
- Wireless Computer Display
- No more driving my 2018
but I like driving. - Awesome Display
Here is an idea I have been wondering about for a few weeks. When are we going to get bluetooth in our TV’s. Wouldn’t it be nice if you TV could connect to your Cell Phone. Then when you get a call it shows the caller id on your tv screen. Thats not all you could do. How about playing music from your computer through your TV, or A2DP on your TV. Bluetooth in a TV would bring the two most used electronic devices together like never before. It needs to be done and done right.
