With less than 24hrs to go, I think we can call this year done. I have officially not eaten Doritos for an entire year. It really wasn’t that hard, you know after the first few weeks. I really do miss Doritos and Pop Tarts for breakfast on lazy Sunday mornings (don’t judge me, its good). Lets see what else has gone on.

• Hit up the beach for one weekend.  That was nice.
• Kissed chicks I probably shouldn’t have.
• Helped Makers Local set up shop.
• Started Geocaching.
• Bought Fapp.com Fakepedia.info nottwitter.com and probably many more domains.
• Seen at least 23 movies in the theater.
• Went on a little Hot Air Balloon Ride.
• Started using Twitter….a lot
• Went to the Air Show in HSV
• Went to WI for the 4th of July and my Birthday
• Starting feeling old.
• Saw the Presidents of the USA in concert.
• Went to my first drive in movie ever.
• Figure out some chicks aren’t very nice.

Already next year is suppose to bring on a new job at work with better pay.  Here is to hoping next year is better than this one, with relationships, new pay, and an overall better feeling.

Went to see this one with Strages, Kerri, and some random dude she knew from Finnegan’s.  Let me first say I wasn’t all there through out most of the movie.  But really I don’t think that matters.  The movie was bad.  Basically sphere comes to earth, giant robot thing comes out of it, giant robot thing turns into thousands of little eating robots, that swarm the world eating everything.  Sounds great doesn’t it?  Well its not.  Damn this was a bad movie.  But hey at least they found a role that Keanu Reeves could play.  Ever since The Matrix he has played Neo, and in every movie he has failed.

Went to see this one with Strages and Krazy Kerri.  I have to say, I have watched Casino Royal but I honestly don’t remember a bit of it.  This movie starts off, literally seconds after where the last one left off, or at least that’s what I hear.  The beginning car chase was awesome, but the rest of the movie kind of fell short.   Bond only banged one chick, but there was a random vagina shot, which was surprising since the movie is PG-13  I just didn’t really feel this was all that great of a bond film.  Didn’t seem Bond enough for me.  I will however give this movie an alright rating simple because of the random for no good reason vagina shot.

Appaloosa, was the second part of the drive in movie.  Needless to say it didn’t get any better than 4 Christmases.  Now to be honest, I really didn’t watch it, more made fun of it.  It was basically about a bounty hunter type dude going after a cop killer, oh and something about a love story.  Again, I really didn’t watch it all that much.  One thing I found funny was the fact that the bounty hunter/Sheriff guy knew he wanted to say big words, but didn’t know what they were, so he would always stop and ask his partner to help out.  That’s where Dinasaur Sounding Thing With Words In It came from.

I went to see this disaster as the first part of a drive-in double feature.  This has got to be one of the worst films of 2008.  The film has absolutely nothing to do with Christmas.   Let me explain, the premise of the movie was that dude and chick were skipping out on their families to go on vacation for the holidays.  As it turns out the plane is canceled for some reason I don’t care, and they end up being interviewed by the news, which of course their families see.  So now they have to go see their families.

Here’s the deal, the premise could have changed to, dude and chick are getting married, but in a different country so lets explain that to the family.  Really the premise didn’t matter.  This movie was just made to show off all 4 families and their craziness.  That’s it!  The love story was crap, each Christmas was crap, the only good parts were the fact that Vince Vaughn did have a couple monologues.  Other than that, pure crap!!

I’ll give it 1 star for Vince Vaughn’s monologues, but that’s it, don’t waste your time or money on this crap.
